本文对空气在多孔结构中的对流换热进行了数值研究.数值模拟与实验的比较表明,对空气在玻璃或轴承钢颗粒多孔结构中的对流换热进行数值模拟时,应采用考虑热弥散效应的局部非热平衡模型.本文还研究了颗粒直径、颗粒导热系数、空气物性随压力的变化及粘性耗散等对换热的影响.
In this paper, the convection heat transfer of air in porous structure is numerically studied. The comparison of numerical simulation and experiment shows that the local non-thermal equilibrium model which considers the heat dispersion effect should be adopted when the air convection heat transfer in the porous structure of glass or bearing steel particles is numerically simulated. In this paper, the effects of particle diameter, thermal conductivity of particles, changes in physical properties of air with pressure and viscous dissipation on the heat transfer were also studied.
