文章通过对浙江省景宁畲族自治县从2008年起推进乡镇卫生院体制机制改革,2010年起实施基本药物制度,并同步开展基层医疗卫生服务绩效工资制度和建立健全补偿机制研究和探索的专题调研,对乡镇卫生院体制机制改革前后财务收支情况、工资福利待遇等进行分析,总结了建立健全绩效工资制度和补偿机制实践中一些做法和措施,分析了实践中存在的一些问题,为欠发达地区实施基层医疗卫生服务绩效工资与建立健全补偿机制提供有益的借鉴。
