国际金融危机的来临为中国企业提供了新的投资机会,一些具有实力的企业在国际市场上开展国际并购。并购成功后,由于合作双方的文化背景不同,在机构设置、人事管理、管理作风等方面表现出文化上的差异和冲突,这给被派入、被并购企业的中方管理者带来了巨大的挑战。因此必须从多方面入手,进行文化整合,化解文化冲突,实现各方的良好合作,使企业在不同文化的适应和融合中稳步发展。
The advent of the international financial crisis has provided new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to invest and some powerful enterprises conduct international mergers and acquisitions in the international market. After the success of the merger, due to the different cultural backgrounds of the two parties, cultural differences and conflicts in the aspects of organizational structure, personnel management and management style have been shown. This has brought tremendous challenge. Therefore, we must start from many aspects, conduct cultural integration, resolve cultural conflicts, and achieve good cooperation between all parties so that enterprises can develop steadily in the adaptation and integration of different cultures.
