目的观察鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合神经康复治疗对小儿脑性瘫痪的治疗效果。方法以2014年5月-2016年5月来该院就诊的180例脑性脑性瘫痪患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字法将其平均分为观察A组、观察B组和对照组,均60例。观察A组在常规康复训练基础上给予鼠神经生长因子穴位注射,观察B组在常规康复治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子肌内注射,对照组单纯采取康复训练治疗。5个疗程后对比观察3组语言功能、粗大运动功能、乳酸含量变化及治疗有效率。结果观察A组和观察B组治疗后GMFM-88评分显著高于治疗前,血乳酸水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察A组和观察B组治疗后与对照组比较,GMFM-88评分显著升高,血乳酸水平显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察A组治疗后与观察B组治疗后比较,GMFM-88评分显著升高,血乳酸水平显著降低(P<0.05);观察A组和观察B组治疗后相比于治疗前,儿童语言发育迟缓检查(S-S)评分显著升高(P<0.05);观察A组和观察B组治疗后S-S评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察A组治疗后S-S评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察A组和观察B组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察B组总有效率显著低于观察A组(P<0.05);结论在常规康复治疗的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射,在改善脑性瘫痪患儿语言能力、运动功能以及治疗有效率上均具有良好表现。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor injection combined with nerve rehabilitation on cerebral palsy in children. Methods A total of 180 cerebral cerebral palsy patients from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were studied. A random number method was used to divide the observation group A into observation group B and control group, 60 cases in each group. The rats in group A were given intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the basis of routine rehabilitation and the control group received rehabilitation training only. After 5 courses, 3 groups of language function, gross motor function, lactic acid content change and treatment efficiency were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of GMFM-88 in group A and group B were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of GMFM-88 in group A and group B after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment 88 significantly increased, blood lactate levels decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); observed in group A after treatment compared with the observation group B after treatment, GMFM-88 score was significantly increased, blood lactate levels were significantly lower (P0.05) .After treatment, the scores of language development retardation (SS) in children in group A and group B after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05) (P <0.05). The SS score in group A was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) . The total effective rate in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P0.05) .Conclusion The addition of mouse nerve growth factor Acupoint injection on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy can improve the speech, motor function and treatment of children with cerebral palsy Effective have a good performance.
