目的探讨在计算机软件Mimics 10.0辅助下,加用物理及化学的手段,进行复发性胫骨上端骨巨细胞瘤清理加骨水泥填充的疗效。方法选取可疑右胫骨上端复发性骨巨细胞瘤患者的CT图像标本,将采集的CT扫描数据导入Mimics 10.0软件。观察可疑骨巨细胞瘤瘤体范围,给术者一个相对立体的图像。结果术前规划发现可疑瘤体位于胫骨近端后外侧,呈内窄外宽的三棱柱状结构,术中在右侧胫骨后外侧发现黄色质韧团状物,范围与Mimics所示范围相仿,体积约为8 ml。结论在重建的三维模型上可以从不同角度全方位来进行观察,可以明显缩短手术时间,减少手术风险,加用物理及化学方法进一步灭活瘤细胞,可进一步防止肿瘤复发。
Objective To explore the curative effect of bone cement in the treatment of recurrent tibial giant cell tumor of the tibia with the aid of computer software Mimics 10.0 plus physical and chemical methods. Methods CT images of patients with suspected recurrent giant cell tumor of the right tibia were selected. The CT scan data were imported into Mimics 10.0 software. Observe the scope of suspicious giant cell tumor of the tumor, give the surgeon a relatively three-dimensional image. Results The preoperative planning found that the suspicious tumor was located outside the posterior tibia and showed a narrow triangular prism with an outer narrow width. The yellow mass was found in the posterior lateral to the right tibia during operation. The range was similar to the range shown by Mimics, The volume is about 8 ml. Conclusion The reconstructed 3D model can be observed from different angles in all directions, which can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the operation risk. Physiological and chemical methods can be used to further inactivate the tumor cells to further prevent tumor recurrence.
