先进超超临界汽轮机转子用617合金变形抗力大且无法通过锻后热处理达到细化晶粒,因此要生产满足产品性能要求的锻件就需要合理的锻造工艺参数。通过对617合金的锻造工艺性能、动态再结晶以及晶粒长大趋势等进行试验研究,确定了617合金锻造的始锻温度为1180~1200℃、终锻温度为950~1000℃。根据所确定的工艺方案成功地进行了617合金电渣重熔铸锭的水压机锻造试制,试制锻件表面无裂纹、内部组织均匀,各项力学性能检测结果均符合产品技术要求,验证了617合金锻造工艺参数的有效性。
Advanced ultra supercritical steam turbine rotor with 617 alloy deformation resistance and can not be refined by forging grain heat treatment, so to meet the performance requirements for the production of forgings need reasonable forging process parameters. Through forging process performance, dynamic recrystallization and grain growth tendency of 617 alloy, the initial forging temperature of 617 alloy is 1180 ~ 1200 ℃ and the final forging temperature is 950 ~ 1000 ℃.
