刘刚中央美术学院副教授,2005年接任中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司油画及当代艺术部艺术总监。2005年接管中国嘉德当代艺术部以来,刘刚率领嘉德当代艺术部推出了“中国当代艺术二十年”等若干个重要当代艺术专场,2007年更以4032万高价成功拍出艺术家陈逸飞作品《黄河颂》,使得中国嘉德国际拍卖公司这一老牌拍卖龙头始终挺立中国当代艺术拍卖的潮头。
Liu Gang Associate Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and in 2005 took over the artistic director of the Oil Painting and Contemporary Art Department of China Guardian International Auction Co., Ltd. Since taking over the China Guardian Department of Contemporary Art in 2005, Liu Gang led the Guardian Department of Contemporary Art to launch a number of important contemporary art specializations such as “20 Years of Chinese Contemporary Art,” and in 2007, the film entitled “ Song of the Yellow River ”, making China Guardian International Auction Company, the veteran auction leader has always stood the forefront of Chinese contemporary art auction.
