目的观察灵芝三七降脂片对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法高脂饲料喂饲2周建立高脂血症大鼠模型,然后连续给予模型大鼠阳性药血脂康及灵芝三七降脂片高、低两剂量4周,测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量。结果给予高脂饲料后大鼠体重和血脂显著升高,灵芝三七降脂片能够明显降低喂饲高脂饲料小鼠血清TC,TG及LDL-C含量,并提高HDL-C含量。结论灵芝三七降脂片对高脂血症模型大鼠具有明显的降血脂作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Ganzhi Sanqi Jiangzhi Tablet on blood lipids in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by high-fat diet for 2 weeks, then the model rats were continuously given the high-dose and low-dose Ganoderma lucidum Panax notoginseng pills for 4 weeks. The body weight and serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) Results After high-fat diet, body weight and blood lipids were significantly increased. Ganoderma lucidum Panax notoginseng can significantly reduce serum TC, TG, LDL-C content and HDL-C content in mice fed high-fat diet. Conclusions Ganoderma Sanqi Jiangzhipian has obvious hypolipidemic effect on hyperlipidemia rats.
