篮球教学是高校公共体育教学的主要内容,多年来由于篮球运动对抗激烈、趣味性强备受学生的喜爱,在时下的高校公共体育教学过程中,很多学生均将篮球课程视为首要选择的教学内容之一。本文主要以文献法为主要科学研究方法,重点论述了高校公共体育篮球教学过程中的选项分组教学理论以及在现实教学中的应用。得出为更好在高校公共体育教学过程中进行选项分组教学策略可以从以下三方面进行开展,分别为:高校公共体育篮球选项分组教学中需基于学生篮球技能和以往运动经历;高校公共体育篮球选项分组教学目的需指向提高学生篮球技能和身体素质。通过这些措施的实施来更好发展学生的公共体育篮球学习水平和运动能力。
