随着经济的发展,我国的服务业也获得了迅速的发展。作为服务业中最为重要的一个行业——餐饮行业也获得了快速的发展,同时,餐饮企业间的竞争也愈发激烈。在新时期,在体验经济背景下,餐饮企业要想提升自己的竞争力,实行主题化经营策略十分必要。本文从体验经济的含义出发,对体验经济时代餐饮企业主题化经营现状进行了剖析,对其发展策略进行了探究,以期为同行提供一定的借鉴。
With economic development, China’s service industry has also enjoyed rapid development. As one of the most important industries in the service industry, the catering industry has also witnessed rapid development. At the same time, the competition among catering enterprises has also become fiercer. In the new era, in the context of experiential economy, catering enterprises in order to enhance their competitiveness, the implementation of the theme of business strategy is necessary. Starting from the meaning of experiential economy, this paper analyzes the current situation of themedical operation of catering enterprises in the era of experiential economy, and explores its development strategy in order to provide some reference for its counterparts.
