结合当今社会对技能型人才的需求以及中职财会学生的特点,探索并进行“小老师制”的实践。该文主要从“小老师制”的概念、国内外研究现状、“小老师制”的实践内容以及实例这几个方面来谈“小老师制”在中职财会教学中的应用。
