Algae, one of the earliest known forms of life on Earth, is crucial to studying the early evolution of life. After soaking the Cambrian Qiongzhusi bioclastic limestone with acetic acid, some phosphated microalgae algae fossils were obtained, and their tubes were all spirally rotated. This phenomenon of rotation is widespread in the living animal and plant kingdoms, especially in the plant kingdom of vines. Among them, the reason that vines produce different rotation directions is that most scholars attributed their genesis to microtubule orientation. In this paper, we describe Spirallus algae Spirellus columnaris, and speculate and discuss the rotation direction and genesis of the algae fossils.
