以桑枝杆废菌包为原料制取活性炭,并与铁的氧化物反应制备出具有较强的磁分离性能和吸附能力的磁性活性炭复合材料,对该磁性活性炭进行表征及其对水中Pb~(2+)吸附性能的实验。实验结果表明,磁性活性炭Pb~(2+)有较大的吸附能力和吸附效率,吸附量随着时间的增加而增大,吸附动力学拟合参数结果符合二级动力方程,Freundlich方程拟合的结果能更好的描述吸附等温线,吉布斯自由能ΔG~0<0,而焓变ΔH~0>0表明吸附为吸热自发反应的过程,提升温度可以提高磁性活性炭的吸附能力。利用桑枝杆废菌包制备活性炭具有一定的经济研究价值,可以促进农业废弃物的回收利用。
The activated carbon was prepared by using the mulberry stick waste bag as raw material and reacted with iron oxide to prepare a magnetic activated carbon composite material with strong magnetic separation performance and adsorption capacity. The magnetic activated carbon was characterized and its effect on Pb ~ (2+) adsorption experiments. The experimental results show that Pb 2+ has a larger adsorption capacity and adsorption efficiency, and the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of time. The fitting kinetic parameters of the adsorption kinetics fit the second-order kinetic equation and the Freundlich equation The results can better describe the adsorption isotherm, Gibbs free energy ΔG ~ 0 <0, while the enthalpy change ΔH ~ 0> 0 indicates that the adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic reaction process, increasing the temperature can improve the adsorption capacity of magnetic activated carbon. The use of mulberry branch rod waste pack preparation of activated carbon has a certain economic research value, can promote the recycling of agricultural waste.
