中学图书官员从职业角度上分析,这一职业不等同于教师职业,它具有复合角色的职业特点。然而,复合角色包含有教师性特色。这就是从中学图书馆员的职业性能和职业特色来分析考量。文章通过结合现阶段中学语文教学现状,对这一职业特点与语文教师之间所具备的职业特点相互契合方面的分析,找出两者之间的职业交集,分析阐释中学图书馆员与中学语文教师方面的分担途径。
Secondary school library officials from a professional point of view, this career is not equivalent to the teacher profession, it has a multi-role professional characteristics. However, the composite character contains a teacher’s character. This is from the secondary school librarian’s professional performance and professional characteristics to analyze considerations. By combining the present situation of middle school Chinese teaching with the current situation of middle school Chinese teaching, this article analyzes the professional characteristics of Chinese teachers and the professional characteristics of Chinese teachers, and then finds out the intersection of the two with the analysis of middle school librarians and middle school Chinese Teachers share the way.
