随着油气勘探逐渐转向深部复杂地层,对钻井技术提出了更高的要求,在欠平衡钻井技术和动力钻井等技术上进一步发展,提出了自适应控制压力钻井关键技术。自适应控制压力钻井技术具有安全、高效的特点,可有效克服井漏、卡钻、井壁坍塌等钻井难题。自适应控制压力钻井技术复杂,难度大,就关键技术而言主要包括六大方面:地层压力随钻检测技术、随钻井底环空压力测量技术、钻井液连续循环装置、井口回压检测与控制技术、数据传输技术。本文详细论述分析各关键技术,指出了难点和研究现状,对进一步发展该技术具有重要意义。
As oil and gas exploration turns to deep complex strata, higher requirements are put forward for drilling technology, and further development is made in underbalanced drilling technology and power drilling technology. The key technologies of adaptive control of pressure drilling are put forward. Adaptive control of pressure drilling technology is safe and efficient, which can effectively overcome drilling problems such as lost circulation, stuck pipe and collapsed wellbore. Adaptive control of pressure drilling technology is complex and difficult. For key technologies, it mainly includes six aspects: formation pressure on-while drilling technology, annular pressure measurement technology at the bottom of the well, continuous drilling fluid circulation device, wellhead back pressure detection and control Technology, data transmission technology. This article discusses in detail the analysis of the key technologies, points out the difficulties and research status quo, which is of great significance to the further development of the technology.
