外聘高管的知识资源由于其成为新企业知识资源的一部分而促进企业的效应。然而,高管知识资源的转移并不是无条件有效的,以往的研究忽视了知识转移过程的复杂性。本文认为,在知识转移过程中,必须同时考虑转移的主客体的基本属性及其匹配性,文章从知识承载者本身特征出发,选取高管的认知风格与价值观念两个因素作为知识承载者与新企业的匹配因素,对于促进基于“关键员工”中的高层管理者跨企业流动的知识转移研究在文献与理论方面的进步,以及对企业有效开发、利用外聘高层管理者的经验和知识等方面,均具有积极的意义。
The external executive’s knowledge resources contribute to the business as a result of being part of the new enterprise’s knowledge resources. However, the transfer of executive knowledge resources is not unconditional and effective, and previous studies ignore the complexity of the knowledge transfer process. This paper argues that in the process of knowledge transfer, we must also consider the basic attributes and their matching of the transferred subject and object. Based on the characteristics of the knowledge carrier, the article chooses the two factors of the senior manager’s cognitive style and value as the carrier of knowledge Matching Factors with New Businesses Promoting Advances in Literature and Theory in Knowledge Transfer Research Based on Cross-Enterprise Mobility among Top Managers in Key Staffs, and Experience in Developing and Using External Top Managers Effectively for Business And knowledge, etc., have a positive meaning.
