以多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PAPI)、聚醚多元醇、1,4-丁二醇、三丙醇胺、溶剂油和水为原料,通过探讨不同因素对材料膨胀压、弹性模量和黏度等性能的影响,制备出无砟轨道路基翻浆冒泥整治用PU(聚氨酯)灌浆材料。研究结果表明:当w(水)=0.6%、w(1,4-丁二醇)=10%、w(三丙醇胺)=15%和w(溶剂油M)=8%(均相对于多元醇和交联剂总质量而言)时,灌浆材料在发泡膨胀后的弹性模量超过200 MPa、黏度低于300 m Pa·s,可用于无砟轨道路基翻浆冒泥的灌浆整治。
