以高职酒店管理专业学生社交能力现状为研究对象,从酒店用人单位、教师、实习生、毕业生四类人群的立体视角,通过问卷调查和定量分析,揭示良好的社会交往能力是影响高职酒店专业学生职业升迁和未来发展的最重要因素。在各项社交能力中,语言沟通能力成为酒店工作中最为重要的一项。在社交能力缺失的原因方面,学校在社交能力培养方面开展仍不够。为此,文章提出社交能力培养应在课程设置及教学活动中常态化,在实践活动中互动的丰富化以及在第二课堂活动中的多样化。
Taking the status quo of social skills of hotel management students in higher vocational colleges as the research object, from the three-dimensional perspectives of hotel employers, teachers, trainees and graduates, through questionnaire and quantitative analysis, reveals that good social interaction ability is the impact of higher vocational education Hotel professional students occupational promotion and future development of the most important factor. In all social skills, language communication skills become the most important hotel work. Schools are still not doing enough to develop their social skills in the area of social skills loss. Therefore, the article proposes that the cultivation of social competence should be normalized in curriculum setting and teaching activities, the enrichment of interaction in practical activities and the diversification in the second classroom activities.
