目的了解企业化医院医护人员流动现状,探讨流动的一般规律并提出初步建议,为医院人才管理提供参考。方法以企业化编制医院近4年专业技术人员离院流动情况为例,进行调查、统计和分析。结果医疗队伍基本稳定,护理岗位流动性大;30岁以下低工作年限人员流动性大。结论工作变化、去往外地、考取事业编制为影响流动的主要因素,建议把握现有人力资源,减少人才流失,同时优胜劣汰,保持人员队伍的合理流动,增强队伍的稳定性和活力度。
Objective To understand the status quo of medical staff mobility in the hospitalized hospitals, to explore the general rules of the flow and to put forward some preliminary suggestions to provide references for the hospital personnel management. Methods Taking the flow of hospital technicians in the hospital for nearly 4 years as an example, the investigation, statistics and analysis were conducted. Results The medical team was basically stable with large mobility of nursing positions. The mobility of staff under the age of 30 with low working time was large. Conclusions The changes of work, going abroad, and obtaining the preparation of the cause are the major factors influencing the mobility. It is suggested that the existing human resources should be grasped so as to reduce the loss of qualified personnel and the survival of the fittest to maintain the reasonable flow of staff and enhance the stability and vitality of the team.
