目的:探讨降糖通脉片与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞外基质(ECM)不同成分的抑制作用强度。方法:采用体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术和血清药理学方法,观察具有清热化瘀、滋阴补气功效的中药降糖通脉片及苯那普利对ECM不同成分的影响。结果:降糖通脉片具有抑制ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)的作用,该抑制作用具有一定的量效关系。苯那普利对ECM中FN、ColⅣ也有一定的抑制作用,但不及降糖通脉片作用明显。结论:降糖通脉片对ECM的抑制作用优于苯那普利。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Jiangtang Tongmai tablet and benazepril on different components of human glomerular mesangial extracellular matrix (ECM). Methods: Human glomerular mesangial cells cultured in vitro techniques and serum pharmacology methods to observe the effect of Qingre Huayu, nourishing Yin qi Tongmai tablets and benazepril on the different components of ECM. Results: Jiangtong Tongmai tablet could inhibit the expression of fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN) and type Ⅳ collagen (Col Ⅳ) in ECM, and the inhibitory effect was dose-effect relationship. Benazepril on ECM FN, Col Ⅳ also have some inhibitory effect, but not as strong as Jiangtong Tongmai effect. Conclusion: Jiangtangtongmai tablets is better than benazepril in inhibiting ECM.
