本文论述了渗碳钢的渗层深度、表面碳浓度、浓度(硬度)梯度以及心部强度等对性能的影响。据此指出,有必要改善目前的渗碳工艺使之进一步合理化,同时指出,在缩短现行渗碳工艺周期方面尚有潜力。本文还就渗层中的马氏体、非马氏体、马氏体中的显微裂纹以及残留碳化物、残余奥氏体和残余应力对渗碳钢强韧性的影响进行了分析,探讨了某些提高渗碳钢强韧性的途径。
In this paper, the effects of depth of infiltration, surface carbon concentration, gradient of concentration (hardness) and strength of core on the properties of carburized steel are discussed. Accordingly, it is pointed out that there is a need to improve the current carburization process to make it more rationalized, while pointing out that there is still potential for shortening the current carburizing cycle.
