利用闭环矢量方程建立某厂连续镀锌机组上的曲柄摇杆式飞剪运动学分析数学模型,利用Matlab分析了剪刃的运动轨迹,在此基础上分析了上下剪刃在剪切过程中的水平速度,为进一步发掘该飞剪的工作潜力提供了理论依据。
The closed-loop vector equation was used to establish the mathematical model of kinematic analysis of crank-rocker flying shear on a continuous zinc-plating unit in a factory. The movement trajectory of the blade was analyzed by Matlab. Based on the analysis, The horizontal velocity provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the work potential of the flying shear.
