复合材料层压板结构和蜂窝夹芯结构是飞机上常用的两种复合材料结构,文中用有限元仿真分析和静力试验,对比天线埋入这两种不同的复合材料结构中在相同外载条件下的力学性能,并测试相同外载条件下这两种结构中天线的电性能。对比结果显示,无论在力学性能上还是介电性能上,蜂窝夹芯结构均比层压板结构具有一定的优势,说明在飞机上将天线埋入蜂窝夹芯结构中具有一定的优势。
Composite laminate structure and honeycomb sandwich structure are commonly used in aircraft composite structures, the paper used finite element simulation analysis and static test, compared with the antenna embedded in these two different composite structures in the same external load conditions Under the mechanical properties, and test the same external load conditions of the antenna structure of the two electrical properties. The comparison results show that the honeycomb sandwich structure has some advantages over the laminate structure both in mechanical properties and dielectric properties, indicating that it is advantageous to embed the antenna in the honeycomb sandwich structure on the aircraft.
