本文通过对洋坊站、新余站的解编能力分析和站间、区间通过能力的计算及现状分析,指出了影响铁路运输能力的瓶颈问题,并从站场线路、机车配置、运输组织和人员组织等因素出发,从新建和扩大站场编组能力两种策略角度,对提升区间通过能力和车站接发车编组能力等方面提出了改进措施,力求实现车站运输能力的最大化,满足铁路运输量日益增长的需求。
