本文通过查阅文献资料与访谈等方法 ,探究羽毛球爱好者运动损伤的主要部位和造成运动损伤的原因,损伤的主要原因是羽毛球专项技术的掌握不佳、局部负荷过重、准备活动不够、身体素质差.通过分析,提出相应对策,尽量减少和预防羽毛球运动损伤的发生,并且积极采取相应的预防措施,科学的进行羽毛球运动,合理的安排运动负荷,增强自我保护意识,有助于减少在羽毛球运动中发生的损伤,为今后有效地防治运动损伤提供一定的参考。
This paper explores the main parts of sports injuries and the causes of sports injuries caused by badminton enthusiasts by referring to the literature and interview methods.
