目的研究后颅凹实质型血管母细胞瘤的MRI特征,提高其影像学诊断水平。方法观察经病理证实的60例后颅凹实质型富血供肿瘤(实质型血管母细胞瘤20例,非血管母细胞瘤40例)的血管流空影、DWI信号特点,测量ADC值并进行统计学比较。结果 20例实质型血管母细胞瘤均有血管流空影,DWI像呈等或稍低信号18例,高信号2例,平均ADC值(1.95±0.17)×10~(-3)mm~2/s;40例非血管母细胞瘤有血管流空影6例,无血管流空影34例,DWI像呈等或稍低信号5例,高信号35例,平均ADC值为(0.93±0.13)×10~(-3)mm~2/s。经统计学比较,两者在是否有血管流空影、DWI信号的χ~2值分别为39.231、33.878,P值均<0.05,ADC值间比较t=25.788,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论存在血管流空影,DWI呈等或稍低信号及对应的较高的ADC值对提示后颅凹实质型血管母细胞瘤有价值。
Objective To study the MRI features of posterior fossa parenchyma hemangioblastoma and to improve its imaging diagnosis. Methods Sixty patients with posterior fossa parenchymal blood supply for tumor (20 cases of parenchymatous hemangioblastoma and 40 cases of non-hemangioblastoma) were confirmed by pathology. The characteristics of DWI signal and the ADC value were measured and performed Statistical comparison. Results All the 20 cases of real hemangioblastoma had blood flow shadow. There were 18 cases with equal or slightly lower signal intensity in DWI and 2 cases with high signal intensity (1.95 ± 0.17) × 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ 2 / s; 40 cases of non-hemangioblastoma with vascular empty shadow in 6 cases, no vascular empty shadow in 34 cases, DWI image was equal or slightly lower signal in 5 cases, high signal in 35 cases, the average ADC value was (0.93 ± 0.13 ) × 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ 2 / s. After statistical comparison, there was no blood flow shadow in the two groups. The χ ~ 2 values of DWI signal were 39.231 and 33.878 respectively, P <0.05, ADC value t = 25.788, P <0.05, Significance of learning. Conclusions The existence of blood flow shadow, DWI was equal to or slightly lower signal and the corresponding higher ADC value after presentation of pterygium substantial hemangioblastoma valuable.
