姜雪珍,江南大学教授。退休前,在校先后从事“同位素应用研究”、“有机化学”教学82年在完成教学工作之余开始参加“变性淀粉”研究.89年学校成立“中央研究所”任粮化研究室主任,致力于“变性淀粉”研究一直到退休。退休后,由于她手中几个研究项目未结束,接受学校返聘继续工作。在“变性淀粉”课题中一干又是十多年。她在“变性淀粉”的研究中与同事们坚持与生产结合的方针,不断总结不断改进,取得了丰硕成果。江南大学与江苏
