前言随着世界体操技术的不断发展,竞技体操对运动员的体型线条、体重控制等的要求也愈来愈高。不少教练员和运动员为控制体重增加,常采用简单的,违反科学原则的方法(如:少吃饭、只吃菜)。虽然体重暂时控制了,但运动员自感体力不足,影响了儿少运动员的生长发育和身体健康。当前,体操运动技术难度大、动作新、变化多,运动员完成动作时惊险度高,体力消耗大。如不注意热量供需,盲目控制体重,会影响训练质量和运动成绩的提高。也是产生运动损伤的原因之一。
