目的:探讨异常黑胆质载体动物模型支配器官细胞的超微结构及其与异常黑胆质的相关性。方法:选择健康ICR雄性小鼠30只,分为模型组和正常对照组,每组15只。造模后,各组实验动物眼球放血处死,并迅速取出支配器官脑(下丘脑)、心脏、肝脏等器官,采用透射电镜观察细胞超微结构改变。结果:异常黑胆质载体动物模型实验动物脑(下丘脑)、心脏、肝脏细胞都有不同程度的线粒体肿胀、粗面内质网扩张和空化、细胞变形、核周隙增宽、核变形等超微结构的损伤。结论:模型组小鼠支配器官细胞超微结构有明显的改变。异常黑胆质的产生可能与支配器官细胞超微结构的改变有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ultrastructure of the cells of the innervation of abnormal savda carrier animal model and its relationship with abnormal savda. Methods: Thirty healthy ICR male mice were divided into model group and normal control group, 15 in each group. Conclusion: The ultrastructural changes of the dominant cells in model mice have obvious changes. The abnormal savda may be related to the changes of the ultrastructure of the organ cells.
