目的研究生殖生长对川泽泻源库关系及其特征指标的影响,为其高产优质栽培和育种提供参考。方法比较留薹和去薹植株各部位干物质量、叶和块茎非结构性碳水化合物及含氮化合物量等生理指标的积累过程。结果生殖生长的保留有利于川泽泻生殖库的积累,不利于叶源和营养库的增长,能够显著增加植株总库容,提高植株总生物量;去除生殖生长能够增加叶生长后期和块茎产量形成期的C/N值,提高叶和块茎的产量。结论川泽泻栽培过程中应采取人工措施及时调整植株C/N值,以提高块茎产量;品种选育过程中,应选择叶片数适量且生长后期叶片C/N值高、块茎含氮量高的品系。
