所谓企业文化,是作为企业主体的人们共同持有的价值观、行动方式和思考方式。所谓战略,是决定企业发展最根本的长期目标和近期目的规划,同时还包括了实现这些目标和目的所要采取的必要手段,以及如何分配各类资源所做出的决策。企业文化支撑了企业战略,企业提出的战略是否能够顺利实施,很大程度上依赖于该战略的内容是否与企业成员的行为方式和思考方式相适应。
The so-called corporate culture, as the mainstay of the business people jointly hold the values, ways of action and ways of thinking. The so-called strategy is to determine the most fundamental long-term goal of business development and future planning, but also includes the necessary means to achieve these goals and objectives, as well as how to allocate various types of resources made by the decision-making. The corporate culture supports the corporate strategy, and whether the strategy proposed by the enterprise can be implemented smoothly depends largely on whether the content of the strategy is compatible with the behavior and thinking of enterprise members.
