为探讨白塞病是否存在特异性循环自身抗体,我们应用免疫印迹结合免疫沉淀技术对39例该病患者血清进行了初步筛查。结果发现,分别有8份(20.5%)、9份(23.1%)血清识别相对分子质量约为100 000、50 000的细胞内性质不明成分,其中4份标本(10.3%)与上述两种蛋白反应;在免疫沉淀分析中,15份血清(38.5%)可主要沉淀细胞中相对分子质量约为200 000、160 000、120 000、100 000的某些蛋白,部分免疫印迹阳性的血清其免疫沉淀分析也呈阳性结果。研究提示白塞病血清中可能存在作用于细胞内未知抗原的IgG型自身抗体,值得深入探索,以澄清靶抗原的性质,明确相应自身抗体对白塞病的特异性、血清学诊断价值及其可能的免疫致病机制。
In order to investigate whether there is a specific circulating autoantibody in Behcet’s disease, we conducted a preliminary screening of the serum of 39 patients with this disease by Western blotting and immunoprecipitation. As a result, 8 (20.5%) and 9 (23.1%) sera were identified as unknown intracellular components with a relative molecular mass of about 100,000 and 50,000, respectively.
