在社会保障体系的建立过程中实现广泛的公民参与,是我国政治体制改革,社会保障制度改革,经济结构转型的紧迫需要。本文通过分析社会保障体系建立的过程,试图寻找出一系列适合中国国情的公民参与社会保障体系建立过程的总体要求,最终增强决策的公众参与度,实现社会保障体系的和谐发展。 To achieve broad citizen participation during the establishment of the social security system is an urgent need for the reform of our political system, social security system and economic restructuring. By analyzing the process of establishing the social security system, this article attempts to find a series of citizens’ overall requirements for the participation of citizens in the process of establishing the social security system, and ultimately enhance the public participation in decision-making so as to achieve the harmonious development of the social security system.
