烧伤是指机体直接接触高温物体或受到强的热辐射所导致的组织损伤[1]。四肢火焰烧伤,多属深度烧伤,对皮源较充足的患者进行早期切削痂,行大张中厚皮植皮封闭创面,功能恢复及外形明显优于保守治疗,同时痊预后的生活质量明显改善。我院2010年1月-2013年10月,对8例四肢火焰深度烧伤的患者采用削痂后,大张中厚皮移植,取得满意效果。现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组患者8例,均为男性。年龄22~65岁。 Burn refers to the body directly contact with high-temperature objects or by strong thermal radiation caused by tissue damage [1].
