目的:探讨与研究螺旋CT在矽肺与肺癌鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:将我院收治的符合要求的患者共96例纳入研究,患者接受CT扫描检查,观察与比较CT检查结果特点及临床应用价值。结果:96例硅肺患者入院后经螺旋CT检查初步诊断为肺癌,进一步检查结果示其中包括60例患者经支气管镜组织活检确诊为硅肺融合肿块,21例患者穿刺活检结果为硅肺融合肿块,15例患者经0.5~1.5年观察及随访最终确诊为硅肺融合肿块。结论:临床对硅肺及肺癌的鉴别诊断中使用CT进行辅助检查具有重要临床价值,但对患者进行疾病诊断时需在CT诊断的基础上结合病理及临床资料进行综合判断,以提高诊断准确率。
Objective: To explore and study the clinical value of spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of silicosis and lung cancer. Methods: A total of 96 eligible patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. The patients underwent CT scan. The characteristics and clinical value of CT findings were observed and compared. Results: Ninety-six patients with silicosis were initially diagnosed as lung cancer by spiral CT. The further examination showed that 60 patients were diagnosed as silico-pulmonary masses by bronchoscopic biopsy and 21 by biopsy. , 15 patients were observed and followed by 0.5 to 1.5 years of final diagnosis of silicosis lung fusion mass. Conclusion: The clinical use of CT in the differential diagnosis of silicosis and lung cancer has important clinical value. However, it is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment on the basis of CT diagnosis combined with pathological and clinical data in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy .
