企业培训学校教师培养机制的建立是师资队伍建设中的一项十分重要的工作。只有努力为教师提供更多、更系统的培训提高的机会,创建良好的成长新环境,才能打造业务精湛、竞争力强、适应企业培训发展需要的高效师资团队,才能提高办学质量和办学效益。一、建立教师队伍分级培养模式教师的培养是一项长期而系统的工程,企业培训学校应根据教师不同学历、资历、专业和教学能力,实行分层培训。1.全体教师的“初级”培养。一是要落实好课堂教学常规工作;二是加强职业道德和职业态度教育;三是实行导师带徒,使每位教师顺利地实现至少一门优质培训课。
