阿魏菇(Pleurotus eryngii var.tuoliensis)属于珍稀高档食用菌,在华东消费市场深受欢迎。但华东地区气候四季分明,夏季高温和冬季严寒持续时间长,对阿魏菇等低温出菇种类周年工厂化生产的能耗要求非常高。立足工厂化节能生产,从厂房建造、设备选用、菌株和管理工艺优化等方面入手,探讨华东地区阿魏菇工厂化节能生产技术,以供广大食用菌工厂化生产者参考。
Pleurotus eryngii var.tuoliensis belongs to the rare high-end edible fungus and is very popular in East China’s consumer market. However, the climate in east China is characterized by four seasons, high summer temperatures and long winter winters. The energy requirements for the annual factory production of low-temperature fruiting bodies such as Pleurotus ostreatus are very high. Based on industrialized energy-saving production, this paper discusses the industrialized energy-saving production technology of Pleurotus ostreatus in East China from the aspects of factory building, equipment selection, strain optimization and management process optimization, etc., for the reference of the majority of edible mushroom factory producers.
