铁路是一个设备联网、生产联动的大系统,各生产环节间、各工种问高关联度的特点,使之对管理、装备和作业有很高的要求,铁路运输安全管理的任务也极为艰巨.矿区铁路专用线相对于国铁来说,由于设备落后,职工业务素质偏低,安全管理体系还不健全,造成事故多发.文章介绍了矿区铁路运输管理的现状以及解决运输过程存在问题的方法,以期对我国矿区铁路运输管理工作有一定借鉴作用.
