本文报告了一起成人感染型轮状病毒所致的流行性腹泻暴发流行,发病641例,罹患率13.34％,波及三个乡(镇),六个村24个村民小组。其流行病学和临床特征十分特殊,因此,不断提高对本病的认识、及时诊断、研制有效防治措施很有必要。 This article reports the outbreak of epidemic diarrhea caused by adult infectious rotavirus (641 cases) with an incidence rate of 13.34%. It affects 24 villager groups in three townships (towns) and six villages. Its epidemiological and clinical features are very special, therefore, continue to raise awareness of the disease, timely diagnosis, the development of effective prevention and control measures are necessary.
