拟除虫菊酯类农药是一类新型的杀虫剂,由于其对昆虫毒杀能力极强,而对人畜毒性较低,残留时间很短,目前已在国内外得到广泛的应用。拟除虫菊酯的主要作用部位在神经系统,主要是通过对轴突及部分突触的作用,并涉及到对中枢神经递质受体的作用,影响神经传导和突触传递。拟除虫菊酯中毒时可出现流涎、震颤、惊厥性扭曲、四肢痉挛、舞蹈样症状等,这些神经毒性症状的出现与某些中枢神经递质的改变有关。本文就近几年有关拟除虫菊酯对中枢神经递质及其受体的影响的研究作简要综述。
Pyrethroid pesticides are a new class of insecticides. Due to their high toxicity to insects and low toxicity to humans and animals, the pyrethroid pesticides have a short residual life and are widely used at home and abroad. The main role of pyrethroids in the nervous system, mainly through the axon and part of the synaptic effect, and involves the central nervous system neurotransmitter receptors, affecting nerve conduction and synaptic transmission. Pyrethroid poisoning may occur salivation, tremor, convulsions, limb spasms, dance-like symptoms, the appearance of these neurotoxic symptoms and changes in some of the central nervous transmitter. This review summarizes recent studies on the effects of pyrethroids on CNS neurotransmitters and their receptors.
