从硬件和软件方面介绍了100 kV高压试验台的设计。硬件设计中采用了电动柱式调压器,调节输出电压,从而可以方便、准确地实现0~100 kV输出电压的连续可调,调压器与步进电机采用一体式安装,同轴度好,机械连接可靠;软件设计中,上位机部分采用触摸屏式一体机,通过C#可视化语言编程,人机界面美观大方。下位机部分采用单片机C语言编程实现交流耐压试验台的各项功能,不但满足了功能要求,而且提高了整个系统的抗干扰性能。 The design of 100 kV high voltage test bench is introduced in terms of hardware and software. The hardware design uses the electric column regulator to regulate the output voltage so that the output voltage of 0-100 kV can be continuously and conveniently adjusted accurately. The voltage regulator and the stepper motor are integrated and the coaxiality is good , Mechanical connection reliable; software design, the host computer part of the touch screen with one machine, through the C # visual language programming, beautiful man-machine interface. The lower part of the machine using SCM C language programming to achieve AC voltage test bench of the various functions, not only to meet the functional requirements, but also improve the anti-jamming performance of the entire system.
