验证经颅磁刺激 (transcranialmagneticstimulation ,TMS)在反射性交感神经营养不良完全发展前的预测程度。对 2 0例脑卒中后 30d的患者行TMS ,并根据有无运动诱发电位分成两组 ,于脑卒中后 70d运用Enjalbert积分和运动功能指数进行临床评定。发现运动功能指数与TMS结果有明显相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组间Enjalbert平均积分有显著性差异 (P =0 .0 3)。TMS对预测反射性交感神经营养不良发生的敏感性和特异性分别为 88%和 75 % ,提示TMS可预测脑卒中后反射性交感神经营养不良的发生。
To verify the prediction of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) before complete development of reflex sympathetic dystrophy. TMS was performed on 20 patients 30 days after stroke, and divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of motor evoked potentials. The clinical evaluation was performed using Enjalbert score and motor function index 70 days after stroke. There was a significant correlation between motor function index and TMS results (P <0.01), and the Enjalbert mean score was significantly different between the two groups (P = .0 3). The sensitivity and specificity of TMS for the prediction of reflex sympathetic dystrophy were 88% and 75%, respectively, suggesting that TMS can predict post-stroke reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
