在分析采用常规造斜器及铣具进行套管开窗存在问题的基础上 ,介绍了一种特殊结构的造斜器和开窗工具的设计结构和特点 ,台架试验和现场试验表明 ,新型开窗工具开出的窗口全宽部分长度与窗口总长的比例可达 85 % ,窗口形状连续且对称平整 ,有利于后续作业工具的下入。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of casing whipstocking using conventional whipstock and milling tools, the design structure and characteristics of whipstocking and windowing tools with a special structure are introduced.
