针对传统小型播种机结构松散、排种不均匀和适应性低等问题,设计了一种小区变量电动精密播种机。整机采用电动驱动、电动排种,能够一次性完成开沟、播种、覆土和镇压等作业工序。试验结果表明,该设备可以满足播种均匀,种间无混杂,清种、换种方便,操作简单等技术要求,对提高小区播种效率和质量具有重要意义。
In view of the problems of loose structure, uneven seed setting and low adaptability of traditional small planter, a plot variable electric precision seeder is designed. The machine uses electric drive, electric seed row, to complete a one-time ditching, sowing, casing and cracks and other operating procedures. The test results show that the device can meet the technical requirements of uniform sowing, no interspecific hybridization, clear seed exchange, convenient exchange and simple operation, and is of great significance for improving the sowing efficiency and quality of a plot.
