随着市场经济的改革以及医疗体制的转换,其经营模式也有了多样性,如国有型、企业型、合资型、私人型逐步兴起,这在搞活市场经济的同时,给医疗行业特别是公立医院也带来了巨大的压力。因此加强公立医院财务管理,放下架子,服务于患者,提高医疗质量是每个公立医院不可回避的话题。但是由于公立医院还存在着某些历史原因以及其他因素的影响,在人员的综合素质上、岗位的配置上、资产的管理上、应收账款的管控上都或多或少地存在一些瑕疵,甚至在某些程度上阻碍了医院的发展,本人想结合实际工作谈谈自己肤浅的看法。
