跳深练习作为一种提高弹跳力的方法被田径以及其他项目广泛采用,但在最佳跳深高度、跳深形式和负荷等方面存在着一定争议,因此,本文采用问卷调查、实验对比及数理统计等方法探讨跳深练习对提高弹跳力的影响效果,同时研究跳深练习与连续跳跃练习对提运动员弹跳力效果的优劣。结果显示:跳深练习在缩短男运动员起跳时间上优于连续跳跃练习;其他方面跳深练习都不优于连续跳跃练习效果。本文为提高运动员弹跳力训练效果练习手段的选择提供理论依据。
As a way to improve the jumping ability, the practice of deep jumping is widely adopted by athletics and other projects. However, there is some controversy about the optimal height of jump, the form of jump and the load. Therefore, this paper uses questionnaires, experimental comparison and mathematical Statistics and other methods to explore the impact of deep jump to improve the impact of bouncing force, while studying the practice of deep jump and continuous jump on the athletes jumping the pros and cons of the effect. The results show that the jump-deep exercise is superior to the continuous jump exercise in shortening the take-off time of the male athlete. In other respects, the deep jump exercise is not superior to the continuous jump exercise effect. This article provides a theoretical basis for improving the selection of training methods for the athlete’s jumping ability.
