在工业生产领域中,模具生产对于质量要求以及市场要求都非常高。模具作为塑形加工工具,其生产流程的流水线化以及专业化是必然的。由于市场需求量较大,其生产加工工艺也在不断地进步与发展。尤其是计算机相关技术的引入,让传统的工业模具生产制造业进入了数字化时代。本文首先探讨关于工业生产中,模具生产的一些问题,进而引入数字化制造技术的特点与优势,最后探究工业生产中,模具数字化制造技术的流程与工艺技术。
In the field of industrial production, mold production for the quality requirements and market requirements are very high. Mold as a shaping tool, the production line streamlining and specialization is inevitable. Due to the large market demand, its production and processing technology is also constantly improve and develop. In particular, the introduction of computer-related technology, so that the traditional industrial mold manufacturing entered the digital age. This paper first discusses some issues about industrial production and mold production, and then introduces the characteristics and advantages of digital manufacturing technology. Finally, it explores the process and technology of digital manufacturing technology in industrial production.
