2-甲基-6-酰基萘是聚酯PEN的前体,其合成方法对PEN的发展具有重要的意义。以三氯化铁和氯化锌2种路易斯酸为催化剂,考察反应时间、反应温度对2-甲基萘酰基化催化性能的影响。试验结果表明三氯化铁催化剂对2-甲基萘的酰基化具有较好的催化效果,在反应温度为25℃,反应时间为5 h时目的产物的收率可达84%,且过高的温度会导致大量副产物的生成,降低产率,而反应时间的长短对产物的选择性无较大影响。根据试验结果,得出了合成目的产物的适宜操作条件。 2-Methyl-6-acylnaphthalene is a precursor of polyester PEN, and its synthesis method is of great significance for the development of PEN. The effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on the catalytic performance of 2-methylnaphthacylation were investigated by using two kinds of Lewis acids, such as ferric chloride and zinc chloride. The experimental results show that the catalyst of ferric chloride has a good catalytic effect on the acylation of 2-methylnaphthalene. When the reaction temperature is 25 ℃ and the reaction time is 5 h, the yield of the target product can reach 84% and is too high Of the temperature will lead to the formation of a large number of by-products, reduce the yield, and the length of the reaction time on the selectivity of the product has no significant impact. According to the experimental results, the suitable operating conditions for the synthesis of the desired product were obtained.
