文章采用文献资料法和逻辑推理法概括总结了技击在演变中弱化了技击的目的、技击的时机选择、技击的客体等要素。这些要素的逆流回归,可以帮助理解套路中的攻防动作。据此提出从动作教学到攻防动作教学,再到随机攻防动作教学的套路动作教学步骤设计。希望以此增加学生对技击攻防动作的理解,提高武术的教学效果。
The article summarizes the purpose of the attack, which is to weaken the attack, the timing of the strike, the object of the attack and so on, by the methods of literature and logical reasoning. The countercurrent regression of these elements can help to understand offensive and defensive actions in routine. Based on this, this paper puts forward the design of instructional steps for action teaching from action teaching to offensive and defensive action teaching to random offensive and defensive action teaching. Hope to increase students’ understanding of attack and defense skills and improve the teaching effect of Wushu.
