The loss impedance of the vacuum components in the electronic storage ring is an important parameter to characterize the performance of the device. The measurement of this parameter is of great significance to the design and performance evaluation of the vacuum components. The development of loss impedance measuring device in the second phase of Hefei storage ring was introduced.
